Zn\u00e1te to taky? M\u00e1te sv\u016fj zajet\u00fd ritu\u00e1l, zvyk, a ani v\u00e1s nenapadne, jestli by to ne\u0161lo jinak. Jestli by to ne\u0161lo l\u00e9pe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Degustac\u00edm rumu se v\u011bnuju p\u0159es 12 let<\/strong>. S \u00fasm\u011bvem \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, \u017ee \u201eu\u010d\u00edm lidi p\u00edt\u201c. M\u00e1m sv\u00e1 obl\u00edben\u00e1 m\u00edsta, jako je Cubana Bar<\/a>, kde moje degustace rumu v Brn\u011b pravideln\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00ed. Zn\u00e1m tam ka\u017ed\u00fd kout a m\u00e1m v\u0161e napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 krok po kroku. Jsou to ty klasick\u00e9 \u201ezajet\u00e9 koleje\u201c<\/strong>, kde nad zm\u011bnou v podstat\u011b nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kvalita nad kvantitou (doslova)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

M\u00fdm mottem v\u017edy byla a bude kvalita nad kvantitou. V\u017edy jsem cht\u011bl d\u011blat sp\u00ed\u0161e men\u0161\u00ed degustace s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159idanou hodnotou a lep\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1\u017eitkem pro hosta. <\/strong>Ze zku\u0161enosti v\u00edm, \u017ee strop pro \u0159\u00edzenou degustaci je za b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch podm\u00ednek 15\u201320 lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jasn\u011b, jde to ud\u011blat i pro 50 osob. Ale mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee u\u0159\u00eddit ka\u017ed\u00fd ru\u0161iv\u00fd element je pak v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek. Sta\u010d\u00ed p\u00e1r host\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se p\u0159i\u0161li sp\u00ed\u0161e socializovat, a z\u00e1\u017eitek t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159i\u0161li doslova \u010derpat rumov\u00e9 znalosti, kles\u00e1. V takovou chv\u00edli mus\u00edm d\u011blat kompromisy a prezentaci uzp\u016fsobit \u201enac\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed\u201c publika. Ale kdy\u017e se sejde 15 zap\u00e1len\u00fdch lid\u00ed na stejn\u00e9 vln\u011b? To je pak nezapomenuteln\u00fd ve\u010der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kdy\u017e \u201echyba\u201c v pl\u00e1nu zm\u011bn\u00ed pravidla hry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

V Cuban\u011b m\u00e1me kr\u00e1sn\u00fd d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fd salonek s \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdmi seda\u010dkami, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed skv\u011blou atmosf\u00e9ru. A ide\u00e1ln\u00ed kapacitou 10\u201312 osob. Ned\u00e1vno se ale stalo n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na degustaci zam\u011b\u0159enou specificky na barbadoskou pal\u00edrnu Foursquare<\/a> jsem nem\u011bl vyprod\u00e1no. \u00dapln\u011b jsem se nedivil.<\/strong> Ochutn\u00e1vku jsem zam\u011b\u0159il sp\u00ed\u0161e pro „pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed“ ruma\u0159e. Av\u0161ak, v\u00fdsledek – hodnocen\u00ed degustace hosty mi uk\u00e1zal n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. <\/strong>A sice, \u017ee kvalitn\u00ed rum (Foursquare) dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed docenit i milovn\u00edci rumu, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou teprve na po\u010d\u00e1tku sv\u00e9 rumov\u00e9 cesty.

Nenapln\u011bn\u00fd „full house“ mi dal prostor pro zm\u011bnu. M\u00edsto abych klasicky st\u00e1l \u201ev \u010dele\u201c a prezentoval,prost\u011b jsem si k host\u016fm p\u0159isedl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Nev\u00edm p\u0159esn\u011b, v jak\u00fd moment mi to do\u0161lo, ale atmosf\u00e9ra se okam\u017eit\u011b prom\u011bnila<\/strong>. Najednou jsme si byli v\u0161ichni rovni. M\u00edsto klasick\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky se rozjela hlubok\u00e1 diskuze a sd\u00edlen\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f. P\u0159ipadalo mi to jako setk\u00e1n\u00ed star\u00fdch p\u0159\u00e1tel nebo uzav\u0159en\u00e9ho rumov\u00e9ho klubu<\/strong>, kde m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd stejn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo sd\u00edlet sv\u00e9 dojmy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee t\u0159i host\u00e9 byli na za\u010d\u00e1tku sv\u00e9 cesty a zbyl\u00ed dva u\u017e byli, vina\u0159skou terminologi\u00ed, \u201eprokousan\u00ed\u201c k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm chut\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00fdsledek?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • M\u00edsto obvykl\u00fdch 1,5 hodiny (klasicky v\u0161ak kon\u010d\u00edme u 2 hodin) jsme kon\u010dili po 3 hodin\u00e1ch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Kdybych degustaci ofici\u00e1ln\u011b neukon\u010dil, sed\u00edme tam nejsp\u00ed\u0161 dodnes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • V\u0161ichni odch\u00e1zeli nad\u0161en\u00ed (co\u017e je douf\u00e1m standard, ale tentokr\u00e1t v tom bylo n\u011bco v\u00edc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Sta\u010dilo jedno mal\u00e9 vybo\u010den\u00ed z rutiny a z degustace, kterou zn\u00e1m slovo od slova, se stal \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek i pro m\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PS:<\/strong> Abych byl \u00fapln\u011b up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fd, dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d jsem si k nim tehdy sedl, byla prost\u011b moje \u00fanava.
