Blending rumu, k \u010demu slou\u017e\u00ed? Pro\u010d se d\u011bl\u00e1? A kdo za n\u011bj zodpov\u00edd\u00e1? <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blendov\u00e1n\u00ed rumu <\/a>respektive Blending je ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdroby na\u0161eho obl\u00edben\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b je na trhu valn\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina rum\u016f blendovan\u00fdch. Nen\u00ed to \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 sprost\u00e9 slovo a nen\u00ed to nic \u0161patn\u00e9ho<\/strong>. I proto si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vysv\u011btlit podstatu tohoto procesu. Aby ka\u017ed\u00fd rumov\u00fd milovn\u00edk, hlavn\u011b ten za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed pochopil, \u017ee je to vlastn\u011b ku prosp\u011bchu n\u00e1s v\u0161ech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rumy m\u016f\u017eeme d\u011blit podle r\u016fzn\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed [podle barvy pros\u00edm ne:)]. U whisky<\/a> bychom se pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bavili o Single Malt nebo Blended whisky. U rumu je to sp\u00ed\u0161e Single Barrel, Single Cask versus Blended. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Tvorba unik\u00e1tn\u00ed chut\u011b rumu. V jednoduch\u00e9 podstat\u011b jde o sm\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f rum\u016f, tak aby jejich spole\u010dn\u00e1 chu\u0165 (blend) byla lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e chu\u0165 samostatn\u00fdch slo\u017eek. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
